Registration begins at 7:00 a.m.
Race starts at 8:00 a.m.
Start/finish at the bandstand, Corner Main & Maple
Pre-registration $15.00
T-Shirt $5.00
 $20.00 registration - $10.00 T-Shirt after October 1 or day of race
 
A physical examination is not required to run/walk in this event. However, all competitors participate at their own risk. All persons under 18 years of age must have a written consent from their parent or legal guardian to compete in the above-mentioned event. 

Upon acceptance of my entry, I hereby release the Fall Festival of Leaves Committee, Village of Bainbridge, Sponsors, U.M.C. and volunteers from any and all liability arising from participating in this event, including but not limited to pre-race, race, post race activities. I certify that I am in physical condition for this event.
